Since I became a therapist I have increased my knowledge of the body and how to approach it in a holistic way!
I have added many modalities to my practice and plan to add many more!
I practice Swedish Massage, Myofascial release, and Trigger point! I also incorporate stretching and gentle breath work to help you relax into your present space.
I love working with pregnant mommas! I am prenatal certified and ready to help you through your entire pregnancy experience. From pre natal to post I want to help you get in touch with your body and build trust so that when the time comes you, your body, and your baby will all feel ready and excited!
Pregnancy, birth, and post-partum can be a lot to handle, but being someone who has had three kids of my own, I know the type of massage therapy that mommas need to feel at peace with their experience.
I also know that dads carry their whole families as they do whatever they can to support their partners as she grows a tiny human. Often times dads are forgotten in the experience and I feel it’s so important for dads to get worked on too!
Massage isn’t just about feeling more relaxed it’s about coming into the present moment and allowing yourself to let go of anxiety around future events.
The more present you feel the more at peace you are. I want to help facilitate that in your experience!
This doesn’t just apply to soon-to-be parents either, This same philosophy applies to EVERYONE!
